Ah boy made the moon cakes in his primary school. They looked pretty but were very sweet.

Ju Shin Jung - Korean BBQ - 19Mar2017
It was almost a year since we last patronized the Korean BBQ restaurant at Westway near west coast high way. I loved the BBQ meat and the small dishes. This round the small dishes included luncheon meat and hot dog. They used to have mash potato and small pancakes.
We ordered marinated chicken and pork and a small pot of kimchi soup. The kimchi soup was very salty.
The ambience was good. There was a play area for kids. Ah boy enjoyed himself in the play area, throwing small balls at other children.
Other restaurants in Westway have moved out and changed, hopefully Ju Shin Jung Korean BBQ restaurant would stay for many years to come.

Three little pigs @ tiong bahru - 11Mar2017
It was another meet up with my two good friends. We agreed to try at a pork restaurant near tiong bahru plaza. The food was good. We ordered different dishes.
Pork chops with macaroni soup
One of my friend tried the Pork chops with macaroni soup. She ordered orange juice. The pork chops were juicy.
Roasted chicken with vegetables stew
I ordered roasted chicken with vegetables stew and shared with ah boy. I had to order a bowl of rice because the dish didn't come with rice.
Pasta
Another friend ordered pasta. It looked yummy.
Ah boy enjoyed his meal. He asked for chilli sauce and the waitress made him a smiley chilli face. How cute..
The lighting at the restaurant was good for welfie. We stayed there for quite a while because it was raining heavily outside.
When the rain finally stopped, we headed towards the unique hdb housing area where channel 8 drama 118 was filmed. We stumbled upon P.S cafe. The drinks were not cheap. A small cup of ice tea cost 7SGD. So were the cakes. They cost above 12SGD per piece. Well, I guess the ambience cost money.
We saw groups of people hang out there. Some ordered wine.
Close to evening, we explored the playground. We had fun that day.

Marchie - Vivo - 26Feb2017
Marchie at Vivo is a western eating outlet where you can order from different stalls. It might also be classified as a high-class food court. The food is not cheap and not that stunning. However, I love the Rosti with whipped cream and burnt crust.
There is also a play area for young kids. So Marchie is popular with family with young kids.

Valentine Day Dinner - 14Feb2017
We had our Valentine Day Dinner at Jurong Point - Shabu Tontei. I ordered super Shabu Shabu at 15SGD. The food was not very impressive. It was simply a hot pot with soup that was not very flavorful.
I still enjoyed company of my hubby and son for the dinner.
