Sushi-tei never failed to serve good Japanese food at all its branches. We ordered Ramen, udon and sushi. The food was good. The service was also good with free-flow of tea, served with smiles. 

Lady M - westgate - 19Mar2018

Lady M at Westgate offered her famous Mille crepe cakes at prices over 6SGD per piece. The cakes were not cheap but they were definitely delicious. Lady M also served tea, fruit juices and other drinks to go with the cakes. 

Kintan buffet - JEM - 19Mar2018

My favorite sister in law treated me to Kinten buffet at JEM

on my birthday. The buffet was a bargain at 16SGD each per person for a timing of 60 min. 



I had difficulty choosing the cooked food. There were unlimited selection of fried chicken, sushi, steamed egg, kimchi etc.. 



There were also unlimited selection of green vegetables, tofu and mushrooms to go with the single hotpot..

However the chosen selection meat was not unlimited. 60 mins went by fast when you are busy making selections and eating on your food. I would return again in the near future.

Singapore botanical gardens - corner house - 1Mar2018

My destination for today was Singapore Botanical Gardens. I boarded the train and arrived at Botanic gardens mrt station.

The front gate was spectacular. 

The free maps were easily accessible at the visitors center. 

I followed the trail signs that led me to the first-stop -  corner house. 

I was especially fond of this tree which was standing firmly and spreading its branches. It seemed it wanted to welcome me with its open arms from afar but on closer look, the protruding branches might poke me if I stood too close to the tree.

The corner house was a distance from the front gate. I was sweating a lot when I arrived there. 

Feeling hungry, I ordered curry chicken with rice.  It cost 14.50SGD. The serving was big and the food was okay. I waited nearly 10 min before the food was served.
